General consensus im getting is over 400 people use belts lol, definitely going to start doing this.. i only do heavy (2-4) reps on deads, to me i feel like deadlift is more beneficial at heavy weight.. i feel more of a cardio workoit if i go high rep lol. So belt from now on it is..
