What's your favorite quick muscle building meal?

Im looking for quick alternatives that are affordable but at the present time my favorite meal is:

1-2 Chicken breast(plain on foreman grill) (3lb bag of chicken breasts for 9-11$ at my local HEB)

with

1 microwaved sweet potato(plain)(like .60$/lb)

If the chicken is tasting too dry i dip into bleu cheese but dont use more than like 1 tbsp.

any good ideas are appreciated.

Natural prot shake or a powder?

I take 1 scoop of whatever protein powder I currently have add 4 eggs and 8oz skim milk for mine...rarely do straight protein powder shakes

Lately I've been doing 4oz egg whites, 1 scoop Scivation prot powder. I only eat big meals after workout so other meals are small like this.
 
This is my favorite lately-

1 C. Dreyers slow churned low fat ice cream
(per 1/2 C 3g Fat 18g Carbs 3g protein)

1C. Skim milk

3 Tbl. powdered malt

2 Scoops TN unflavored whey protein.

The malt seems to neutralize any protein taste and the dreyers is low fat. It takes any flavor of ice cream you buy. Lately it's been butter pecan.
 
chipotle: 2- db chicken, brown rice. hot sauce, sour cream & cheese burritos :).
 
1/3 Lb red meat and 2 heaping tbs of natty pbutter
 
60g whey, 1 serving natty PB, 12 oz whole milk, 2 whole eggs, 1/2 cup oatmeal. blend and "enjoy"
 
Vanilla Greek yogurt with cake batter protein :D sometime blueberries thrown in with it.

That's probably my favorite meal. It's like dessert.
 
2 pieces of toast...with coconut oil on each side, and then peanut butter on one...w/ a glass of egg whites. Load of fats, but can get over 1000 calories (depending on amounts of oils used) super quick when in a hurry!
 
2 scoops of big bitch formula
enough water to wet it
2 tbsp. of peanut or almond butter

takes less than a minute and almost 60g of protein
 
Post workout meal on the run that is tasty. When you work 70 hours a week you get creative.

1 8 oz sweet potatoe microwaved till soft ( put it in a Baggie)
Mash it up in a mixing bowl
Add 3 tablespoons chocolate pb2
1 cup eziekal raisin cereal
2 scoops chocolate isopure
2 table spoons honey
Mix well, roll into balls
Put in the fridge for an hour or so.
Head to the gym, put them in my cooler.
Eat after workout takes 2 seconds are tasty and gives you all your post workout nutrition
900 calories
170 g of carbs
75 g of protein
Enjoy

had to look it up....didn't know they even made that! Ive been eating the bread for years. Gonna pick some up today!! HELL YES!:D

6oz cold cut meat out the package
shot of evoo
2 peaches, bananas, mangos etc
 
1 cup oats (more or less depending on current goals) 1 cup liquid egg whites, 1 scoop pro powder, cinnamon, maybe sweetner.

Throw this all together in my magic bullet, blend for like 5 secs, then drink. Takes 2 minutes to prepare and consume, so convenient and actually really, really good

50-60G p depending on protein brand you use
50g (more or less depending on how much oats)
Almost 0 f

If Im going higher fat, I will add coconut oil
 
In my vitamix blender, post workout:
1 cooked sweet potatoe
1scoop whey
Handful spinach
I banana
I handful frozen berries
Coconut water

Has everything you need and the blender chews it down to a easily drinkable consistency!
 
4oz gluten free oats
60gram protein (true nutrition always)
2gram flavor pack (true nutrition)
1oz peanut or almond butter

60protein
82 carbs
21 fat

sometimes I lower the oats and add a banana
 
Massive steak diced up and fried with pineapple.

Chicken Breast with peanut butter and chilli flakes with brown pasta. For this you add the peanut butter into the pan a few mins before cooking is to end.

Giant bowl of oats with banana and sultanas with 1-2 scoops of flavoured protein powder.

Protein shake with oats and almond/peanut/cashew butter.

Giant fish with mediterranean vegetables.
