I have been researching DC training lately and would like to give it a go on my next cycle to see how my body reacts to this sort of training.
I'm basically looking for help on routines.
If anyone has a good solid 4-5 day training routine id be extremely grateful as I have found it hard trying to workout a good routine or finding one online that follows the correct DC way.
