Carb Up Meals with LOW fat. My wife mistakes them and calls them cheat meals..lol...nope..thats different

We all like carbs but even more when we are depleted and have one refeed a week into the final weeks of contest prep.

With that being said, lets see the your favorite carb to use to carb up on that are as LOW in fat as possible.

Pancakes. Blueberry pancakes.

I bake them in the oven so there is no frying in the pan. They really do turn out like cakes more than flapjacks.

Start off with a few pancakes then white rice the rest of the day. Yes, I enjoy white rice.
 
Pancakes are generally my favorite choice for refeeds right now as well.
 
I do 1 large carb up meal consisting of 300 carbs twice a week just for experimenting.

I think its a better option IMO.
 
I like white rice and Turkey mince. I can hit 800 carbs and 120 protein at around only 4000 calories. Think it's about 3900. Probably about 10g of fat.
