Its fall... So seems like a waste to cut unless i was obese looking.. What do you guys think?


I plan to runn 600 mg test and 600 mg deca... am i lean enough?


No pump.... In the photos.. Flexing abs in the other one yes
 
In my opinion, i would start leaner. I would get down my BF a few more percent before i bulk.

However, if u want to bulk now (since its fall) then do a lean bulk.

U will bloat.
 
Thx man i appreciate it.yea ill just take it slow bulking. 200-300ish cal surplus. And slowly add the cals in. Only because its fall.... I dont wanna start bulk in winter and end in summer...etc.

I think you look pretty good.... abs are pretty visible.... I say go for it!
 
I'd pull another 5-10 off and then catch a good rebound.
 
Your plenty lean enough to bulk but try a clean bulk. Bulk doesnt mean you have to get fat. Just eat more clean foods and you can still put on more muscle but will keep lean. The days of the fat bulk like Lee Priest used to do, are over in my opinion. Look at John Meadows or Shelby in the off season. They continue to grow but keep their body fat low.
 
I'd say your good to go, but your on that fine line if you try to push it too fast, you could easily put on fat. Slow and steady man.

This 100%.... Those "all out" bulks will only get you fat IMO unless you're some crazy ecto.... just eat more clean food.... if the scale doesn't start moving in the right direction throw a cheat meal here and there...

Just my opinion but you're already at or beyond the max bodyfat I'd want to end a bulk at (these days)

If it were me I'd diet for another month & drop 2-4% before slowly increasing the cals & targetting no more than 1lbs /wk increase after the initial glycogen/water load

Don't be afraid to drop cals if you're 'gaining' too quickly or increase cardio a bit...

All that being said - you look good! Just try not to get any bloofier imo

Yea ran test e for 12 weeks. Then cruised for 4 months. (I have natural test levels of 390 nl so i refuse to go back!!! And why trt when im a bodybuider... So i cruised on 250 mg a week and just maintained..)



Im ready for cycle #2 or blast #2 i guess .

Yea CLEAN bulk. Or you'll diet down and look exactly the same.

Another 10lbs of muscle will make a huge difference on you. But 10lbs of muscle and 12lbs of fat won't look like anything special.

This is dependent on your individual metabolism and response to hormones but I know for myself that addition of more mgs generally leads to more muscle and less fat even in a Caloric surplus.

OP-As others have mentioned, you're looking good. Slowly increase your caloric intake (clean foods)…I would personally start with an extra meal of 300-500 cal and reevaluate my needs. I agree with others, you can gain clean bulk without the fluff, with by eating clean.

There actually are quite a few pros on this forum, no need for belittling

OP- like several guys said maybe a lean bulk, personally deca makes me fat/bloated I'd switch out for a leaner nor(tren, npp, oral tren etc.)

I'm in the same position this fall and am going the lean route
 
I think your lean enough but don't put on excess pounds,try just increasing muscle
