Does anyone one eles train like Luke sandoe here? He does push, pull, legs day off repeat so everything twice a week, he will do say 4 excersises on chest but only one working set on each, maybe a 2-3 pump sets on the last exercise but that's it

Iv switched from high volume to this the past week and it's a head fuck only doing one set but the next workout comes round so quick

Also the one set is always a drop set of pause rest set
