How much water do you drink during your workout?

Whithin in 90 minutes I usually drink between 3 liters and a gallon, I'm thinking that's a bit much, I get bloated as hell post workout, just curious about the rest of you?**broken link removed**
 
i'll drink my intra which is 32oz.... training sessions area bout 1hr-1:15 long
 
1/2-3/4 gallon...maybe more, maybe a little less depending on the workout and the day. Training is 1 hour - 1 hour and 15min

most of a 32oz bottle.
i already down a half gallon from when i wake up to when i get there.

Anywhere between 1 to 1.5 litres. Not much but by that point I already had a gallon +
 
32 ounces during but I drink 32 ounces before and 32 ounces after so about 3 quarts inside of 3 hours.

During my workout I have my 1/2 gallon jug which I finish. Daily I easily down 1 gallon.
 
10oz pre (protein shake)
10oz intra (BCAA&peptopro)
10oz post (protein shake)
 
Competing it was around a gallon, just because my intake was 2-3 a day. Now, about 30oz. I consume the majority of my water once I get home from work/workout. Usually drink 100-150oz a day
 
About 500ml to 750ml.

I dont drink too much when i workout, makes me feel sick.

I drink 4 to 5 liters a day though.
