If IF can increase HGH by 1300% to 2000%, it seems like we don't need HGH or peps?

Correct me if i'm seeing this right.

Anyone with real life experience.
 
Doing something that raisees your natural gh by a ton won't give you the same effect as if you injected actual exogenous gh. I wish it did. On paper you think it would but it's not nearly the same as injecting gh.

I love doing IF so glad to hear even more benefits of IF.

how much GH you produce naturally? 1-2iu?
so IF suddenly makes you produce 20-40iu GH? lol

didnt even watch the vid, but theyre probably talking about GH secretion during exercise or whatever.. which is a tiny fraction
 
I take 900mg of AlphaGPC pre-workout. Supposed to raise GH by 19x normal. Its not like I notice anything like taking GH shots but I take it anyway.

I'm post gyno surgery recovering and IF is what's up to stay in decent shape with minimal effort

i fast 2-3 hours between each meal. i also fast 6-7 hours EVERY night!

Exactly. Fasting in between meals what is every human being does does not count. I fast around 16 to 18 hours and then I eat for 6 to 8 hours.

On and off for a few months. Have not done a strict IF every day for say a month which would work excellent I just vary by when I work out and when I have off days. So a few days a week I won't start eating until 12 noon.

Though I can tell you I haven't had "breakfast" since I started dabbling with IF. I now never eat before 10am regardless of my diet and that's from what I learned doing IF.

A lot of that has to do with the fact that I do cardio first thing AM fasted at 545am then because of my crazy schedule I then eat right after at 7:15am usually egg whites and turkey bacon or regular bacon. Then gym at 815am. Not really ideal for fat loss to be honest .

Now my cardio is so much more productive because my first meal is never before 10am. (Many hours post cardio).

The 10am meal is usually my post workout meal if it's a workout day. Today I'm off from gym, just did cardio this morning. First meal was 12 noon since my body is not in such high demand for food since I didn't lift weights today.

You lean out very fast. Helps shrink the waist line and if you combine IF with a ketogenic diet it's amazing for far loss.
