Major props. That's my goal for my 40's. I'm stuck at 365 forever, even started a thread in the powerlifting section about it.
I'm 42 so hopefully before I'm 45.

I had my PB @ 51, 1 year ago and tore a Pec and Pec tendon the same day

Congrats on that and you're in great shape too! I'll be 47 this year. I'll be glad when I can train again. Had lumbar and cervical fusion surgery last year and currently nursing a broken T6 vertebrae and pedicle bone...

I can't wait to get back at! Thanks for representing us mid forty guys well!!..:headbang:

You suck.

That's awesome man. I have always sucked at bench. I just gave up on it. Fortunately my chest is my best body part. I did it about 3 months ago at the end of my chest workout and strained my right trap. That shit still isn't 100% healed. I said that's it. Never again will I bench. I've always been stronger on incline for some reason.

Same here man, I always end up getting hurt on flat. Incline and incline smith for me, along with declines. In any case congrats Concreter, that is big my man...
