Weekend recomp strategy.
Been bustin ass in the heat this summer. Last Friday I weighed in at 242lbs, down from my normal 250. This a.m back at 250 but have not hit the gym in 10 days. Still feeling full and ripped and ready for the workouts and weekend party's.
Today: chest incline d-bell, 100 x 10 x 5, chest press machine, drop set of 6, cable crosses for another 8 sets.
8 sets of dips, then some long head ext superset w- delt ext till blown!
Back to some up crosses to engorge the blood into the chest.

10 ius hgh 1 hr prior
pre workout, anarchary, 30 gms bcaas, 1 scoop size-on and 60 gms honey.
Mixed in w- 1o gms halo, 25 gms drol, 25 dbol and 10 tbol.
200 mcgs MGF post followed by 100 mcgs LR3.

2 protein intra shakes with 75gms whey iso and 30 gms dextrin each.
Maintain a fairly clean, high protein diet the rest of the day, 10 more halo and 25 more drol, then deffenetly some icecream to feed the LR3.

Sat, light Back and bize, all the same but only 5 ius and 50 lr3.
Protien shakes at 50 gms w-30 dextrin but skip the honey to keep bloat minimal...lol

2 oclock pre- Party with some nitros oxide tabs and halo to show the world what a true Alpha Male looks like!!!!
Sunday.. same pre party, same time, same place, deferent band and crowd!

No shit you should start a thread with just stories and cool shit. I know some people here give you crap about the drugs or smoking or whatever but I say to each their own. I don't smoke, drink and live a very different lifestyle than you (just a family guy on trt) but I love it man!

Anyway stay healthy and keep grinding.
 
Ha, just last weekend at my island we had a Time.
1st time I drove my boat since the refusal to blow. 2 yr suspension.
Had 5 on while hop, skipping, and jumping. 4 foot waves while doing 50mph.
We were holding on as hard as we were laughing.
Anyway we get to the island and its packed. Took about 10 pictures with some old friends and new ones. Had one get a little frisky wrapping her legs around me and another grabbed my package..
Wife gotta little upset but was busy rubbing bare nipples with her girlfriend, front Row!!
Place brings out the best in ya...or is it the worst ?

Funny, seems like your 17 not 47.

Reacted back with a Jab which he partially blocked and then a 2nd over the Top Bustin his glasses off his face.
I did not want to hurt him just put him in check. Worked Well.

Still have the scratches from the blocked punch to prove IT! lol..but the hgh is healing them quickly.
Just in time for this weeks Showing!

What Fun would that be ?
With my confidence in street fighting it is much more enjoyable Toying with the masses.
I like to give everyone a chance not to end up with an ambulance ride.
But you get only one warning!
 
This weekend its a 100% biker bar on the rivers edge.
Bunch of guys dressed in black boots jeans and black shirts while its 100 degrees.
Than there is me in my short shorts and sandals, bare chested talking to all there girls.
It's a recipe for disaster...Rite up my Alley!
 
I'm curious to see the results of all your double intra-workout shakes. Sounds like overkill but maybe it will be beneficial.

I would rather have to much than not enough! and if It turns to a little fat I have something to burn besides muscle.
I would rather be 6% than 5% anyway. Much healthier and fuller look.
4% is just plain ugly....and I would be sure your burning muscle!

Between the Honey, pre and intra I'm at 1500 cals. Then post another 500 cals. all within 2 hours or so.

Off days the same shakes x 3 while working, all before noon. Mixed in with water and mineral water till it's Miller Time.lol

These are the guys I get along with best!

They started a Grunge day at my island last yr.
All Marines and MMA fighters...Nothin but respect.
Even with my little brother who is the biggest instigator around.

Very interesting! What are your total calories/day? Do you track strictly? I was hitting 5000/day for a while just eating whatever trying to stay over 200 lbs. Next time I think I need to be more strict with my macros.
