Yes ! Hawthorn berry and coq10 are best for cholestrol and BP reducing buddy. Get them and dont cheap out on the coq10 get the best kind

Well the Ubiquinol, I just get at Costco. They have a Kirkland 200mg that's always worked great for me.
Fish oil most of the time I get on Amazon, search for cold pressed so nothing is killed in process of heat treatment.
Purecell you can also get on Amazon which will be your major antioxidant.
And liv.52 has changed names but I still find them cheapest on Amazon. They are closing out the old bottles for very cheap in packs of 10.

Is citrus bergamot worth the money? I read great things about it in regards to lipid profile, and even glucose metabolism. $25 bucks a month isn't bad, but it's just one more supplement/expense I would be adding.

I'm reading up on pycnogenol right now, and holy crap they claim a lot of benefits. Cardiovascular/joint/skin/hair/eyes, etc. Might have to get some! Do you notice benefits from taking it?
