I have been taking 50 mcg of t3 split throughout the day 25 in the morning 12.5 afternoon 12.5 prebed. I monitor my temperature everyday and eat the same everyday my temperature is always higher when only doing 12.5 mcg in the morning.

Anyone know why this is ? is temperature reliable for t3 ?
 
I think you may reading too much into this.

Only thing that comes to mind is perhaps your consuming more carbs when take your 12.5mcg dose and your temp may go up.

Doesnt really matter.
 
Just take the whole dose in the morning, that's how it should be done. At 50 mcg/day I'm skeptical you are getting much effect. Are you losing bf?

At 25 MCG, I noticed big difference. If you are getting liquids, switch over to pharmacy pills, then tell me the difference.

Lol I like T3, LS hates it. Though I don't go above 25mcg.

Pharma tabs only for anything that comes in MCGs.
 
Using Pharma grade t3 definitely losing fat smaller waist at the 50 mcg daily split. still looking to dial it in and use it according to my goals. Plan now is to cut down around 8% and then move to 12.5mcg or 25mcg daily

there so many opinions on dosing and timing.

Dial in your diet more. That will help you the most.
 
Pesty do you find that dose and body temperature correlate? and what do you think split dose or all at once?

An overactive thyroid (hyperthyroidism) can cause a person to feel too hot, while an underactive thyroid (hypothyroidism) can cause a person to feel too cold. I always took it once in the morning. Instead of increasing your dose on T3 as much, I put you on GH. I look fuller while dropping BF when on GH and T4, then increasing just T3 to lose BF. Since I added Metformin, it has made me look even better. It is very important to get bloodwork done to determine where you are at. Of course your Diet has to on course too.
 
ive had my experience with thyroidals

first contest took gaspari thyrotabs which converted to t3
second prep where they canceled show dont even remember if took thyroid supps
third prep t3, my leanest look
fourth prep this year, decided to not take t3, and conditioning was quite worse than third prep

had thyroid levels checked as well, came back normal

Oh that's right, it's the misconceptions, more is better. I reckon.

Should be taken on an empty stomach

Actually, with liothyronine (T3) is doesn't matter if you take it with or without food.

Any type of T4 should be taken on an empty stomach, preferably before bedtime.

you still like those 5mcg T3 pills?

That's my favorite. Play around with the sub-25mcg threshold, 50mcg T4 at night.

Some people recommend up to 80mcg to force the issue, but this is never just for "fat loss."
