Post your current cycle

Trying to add lot's of size and currently running 2ml test, deca and primo per week. My test will be 700mg when I swop to sust (tonight) but right now it's been 600mg, deca is 600mg and primo is 200mg. I used 40mg dbol pre workout for a few days and now I will do 50mg adrol for a few days and probably rotate back when I feel like it.

100 mg Test C
1000 iu hCG

8 weeks. On last week.
Goal: recomp
Training: 4-5 days/w weights 3 days cardio 20 min
Diet: 2000-2500 cals Pro:carb:fat. 150-200: 150-200: 80-100
Age 57
Start 205 18% BF
End 208 14% BF

Next 4 weeks
Goal continue recomp
Training: Judo 2-3days; Weights 2-3 days
Diet as above
300 mcg GHRP2
1000 iu hCG
10-12 mg/d GW501516
25 mg Clomid

So you're actually gaining some muscle during your cut? That's really impressive.

I like the Judo training. Grappling is great cardio... wrestled for many years.

Solely trying to add size whilst staying relatively lean in the process. I will cut in the future and will use a different cycle for that. Calories above maintenance... I haven't a clue. I do it very much on feel and don't stick to diets. If I competed I would but I this for fun so there is no chance of me carrying around tupperware to make sure I stick to all my meals. I go on feel but it works for me. I do eat the same foods everyday though so it's not as bad as it sounds. But if I feel like eating 200g carbs from pasta I will use that much (very common). My diet will roughly look like this for the foreseeable future...

5-6 whole eggs and toast with organic butter. Maybe some fruit at the end.
Weight gain shake (macros vary).
Beef/Chicken with Pasta/Rice... approx 50g protein (just the meat) and 80-200g carbs.

Cottage Cheese, Cashew butter or nuts, whatever else I feel like.

Intra workout I currently have approx 30g EAA's and 40-90g carbs from HBCD's or Vitargo.

My weightgain shakes may be ready done and range in macros. Or they could be homemade and for that I usually do something like...

Synthepure (40g protein), 2 apples, 1 kiwi, frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries etc), organic oats and water.

I also add in 500g grapes everyday and fit them in somewhere. I tend to snack on them through the day or add them into a meal.

I drink EAA's through the day as well mainly for the taste but the extra protein is a bonus.

Muscle memory basically. Not that impressive really. Love my Judo. It's a trade off though. Knees can't handle heavy leg training and grappling so have to adjust but I feel so much more fit when grappling.
 
Currently running:
150mg of test
200mg primo per week

Goal:
Been working on getting my health to 100% and cruising. The past 27 weeks, I've only blasted 3 weeks. This is a huge change for me. I've lost considerable "size" but barely any strength. I'm assuming I'll blow back up when I increase the doses.

A couple weeks from now running a mild blast:
300mg test (bumping to 500mg when I stall)
200mg primo
2iu GH.

Going to keep things moderate from now on.
 
I wouldn’t call this a cycle but here we go: 150 mgs of Test C and 200mg of EQ. I only had a bottle left of EQ and decided to use it for 10 weeks. I wouldn’t consider it a cycle

I am coming off a 2-3 year span with no workouts and lots of drinkin and little eating. i am also over 40 yr old so cant seem to handle high doses like used to. BUT, i am really just trying to get best results with minimal gear to preserve my health. Goal with this current cycle is to get some muscle memory gains back quickly and lean up a bit (relying on diet for that not compounds)
So, here it is:
450mg Test E weekly (150mg m/w/f)
40mg Dbol (hav never used dbol. doing 20mg morn and 20mg night)
10iu humilin R pre-workout prob 2x a week
25mg Mk-677 (unless bloat and bp is a prob then dropping it to 12.5mg)

Have lisinopril on hand for bp issues should they arise, and they prob will as i am prone to it.

Doing circuit style training right now. i make 3 rotations/3 sets and takes about 30 min. i havent introduced cardio yet but will after couple weeks. wanna make sure i am recovering from the workouts. just after day 1 and NOT going veery heavy i am sore as f@#$
but its NICE to be back in the lifestyle
