First time in my life I am Focused on bodybuilding to make gains and not AAS!!
I have extream OCD and have been taking meds to help control this obsession and for once in my life I can focus on weightlifting to build my physique and not AAS. I would take extremely unhealthy doses of anabolics out of obsession thinking that would give me the physique I want. Well after a few months on my new med my thought process has completely changed thank god!!!

I no longer blast any more will just stay on a healthy Cruz amount of test which is my hrt dose 100mg per week. My question is what is the lowest possible dose of Trenbolone one can Cruz on and still stay within healthy range???
If I were to add 100-200mgs a week (or lower) of Trenbolone how long can you safely Cruz on that dose before needing a break.

Supplements I take all year:
NAC
Citrus bergamot
Curcumin bcm-95
Vitamin k2
Co-q 10
Vitamin C
Cinnamon
Dandelion root
Vitamin d3
Pyridoxal 5-Phosphat
Cialis (blood pressure & pre workout)
Metformin

Jesus H. Christ what is it with people wanting to be on Tren year round or as long as possible and trying to justify it with health :banghead:

#1. Tren and Health don’t belong in the same sentence...

#2. Many guys on here have experimented with lower doses and have gotten near same results as with higher doses but some report less side effects of night sweats and insomnia etc.. But hardly anyone is getting bloodwork on any cycle, let alone a high or low dose Tren cycle. So hard to tell what difference in side effects there are on the organs..

#3. If health really is your main concern, I’d forget about the Tren and if you’re dead set on taking something with TRT I’d go for Masteron or even better, Primo.. Don’t listen to guys who say you need X amount of Primo for results.. Plenty of guys running 200mg a week and look great..

#4. As stated a little earlier and in other threads, Tren is powerful as fuck, bet many could’ve achieved their Tren physiques on 200mg per week and saved money and health rather than the usual 400-500mg+ per week.. If you’re dead set on taking it, then do yourself a favor and limit it to 6-8 weeks.. I really don’t see a need for taking it months on end..

Taking Tren for months on end at lower doses and calling it healthy is just another way of your addiction tricking you into justifying it.. That goes for everyone.
 
Thank you for your response! I am interested in masteron and assume it’s going to be a lot better in terms of health than Tren.
Would 200mg of masteron a week be ok to Cruz on?
 
If longevity is your goal a true trt dose year around would be best. If your set on adding something else, 2 units of hgh year around would be my choice. It will in essence super charge your trt dose while you reaps the benefits of better sleep, improve recovery workout to workout and allow you a to stay leaner more easily.
 
What about EQ? Never used before and know in general this is ran for a longer cycle(16wks) just from what I read
 
why not just learn how to train and use words properly???:banghead::banghead::banghead:

this all is becoming more then redundant and really just plain ignorant.

if you are on trt stay with trt and when not pushing some sort of shape changing goal stay with trt? you dont need more.

when you are going to train to change some aspect of your physical form just start by upping the test. going from 100mg/wk to 200mg a week is a very safe/responsible change that if coupled with diet and training will yeild very real results.

as you max out that progress which could take 2-3 months of which you will have to break into at least 2 different training blasts lower the test by 100mgs and add in 100mgs mast. run the mast for another solid TRAINING BLAST topping that out at 200mgs.

in all probability these are "safe" doses that in most cases arent gona fuck up much else.

need some more, keep those two 150 ish mg wk and add in some npp at... 100mg week!!!:eek:

repeat blast training
this gives you a solid 4-6 months of "blasting" sort of progres and ends you at what are still probably pretty ok points.

drop the mast n npp. cruise back on trt until you have stabalized and then run some sort of other similar thing be it primo of bold or what have you.

this isnt rocket science and clearly you need some more work on the obsessive thinking, but i guess you found a drug to take the work out of that too:banghead:

we may have to change the name of the site to suit all these basic beginner concepts.

I'm glad you're happy with your OCD-med/treatment but if you think your newfound motivation is going to replace the drugs in terms of results... it's not going to work out that way unfrotunately. (which I'm sure you'll find out about in a few months tops).
 
Why tren?

Didn't you just discover how amazing dhb was compared to tren.

I think too little is known about DHB and Trest to be called safe/er just yet..

I know DHB was around before and disappeared for a while and is now popular again, but again, who’s really getting bloodwork on all these things? Barely anyone, if anyone..

Trest is fairly new but everyone raves about how it’s Tren without side effects... Yea? Says who’s bloodwork?
 
If health is what one is after then test and gh is all one needs. You can stay lean and grow what more do you need? Tren and all that other stuff is great when you want to be shredded and freaky but if you want to look good then test and some gh is all you need. And eat a somewhat clean diet.
 
The answer your fishing for don't exist. There is no magic number as everyone is different I've seen guys take amounts of clen or tren that I swear would land me in a box in short order.

Also, I don't have OCD and have limited knowledge on the subject but I would almost think having the condition would help you stick to a diet or routine?

All that being said I'm happy for you. Have mental problems on top of life's daily stresses would be hell.

If you really wanted to know what your magic number would be, why not start off with low doses of what you want to run, allow blood levels to stabilize and get repeated blood work done? That way you can accurately see ok x amount of test and x amount of tren allow me to make gains, but I bumped it up to x test and x+1 tren and my blood pressure starts getting out of whack.

It would take some homework but best way I can see doing this.
 
I did 100mg of tren for a year and half, I'm fine. I've developed a mild case of insulin resistance but don't know if tren caused it. My bloodwork is perfect otherwise
 
I think if you are determined to try tren, just go on for no more than 8 weeks and keep the dose at no more than 200 mg/wk. The test dose you take of 100 mg/wk would remain constant.

Personally I would just increase the test dose some if you want extra gains, and stay away from the tren. You could do your trt most of the time and then for 8 weeks run 300 mg of test. Back to trt after that. Others mentioned masteron which would be an option, low dose.
