Premature ventricular contractions (also called extrasystoles) are generally harmless and do not require treatment. They are very common even in healthy individuals and can be triggered by stimulant use and electrolyte imbalances. They often occur in the hours after strenuous exercise.
Both GH and GH releasing peptides can increase the incidence of extrasystoles by changing the electrolyte balance and possibly by increasing resting heart rate (not sure about the mechanism causing this).
However, frequent extrasystoles may indicate underlying cardiac disease.
I would recommend the following: Stop taking the Dac and Ipamorelin and take some supplemental Magnesium. Also tone down any stimulant (e.g. caffeine) use. If despite this the extrasystoles do not disappear, get checked up by a cardiologist.
