I’d like to know what ergogenics was a lifechanger for you and you’ll never stop using them.
We are always in the “rat lab” game, so it would be very interesting to discover and try new compounds. Or something you don’t have faith but really works
For me:
1. Masteron: great libido increase... as a cronic test user my libido was “normal” after some years... with mast it became as I was in my 1st cycle
2. Deca: I would run deca forever just because of the joint and ligaments well being... good joints = more weight you can handle
3. Ligandrol: I’ve never felt an oral kick in, but ligandrol... stan, anavar, dbol, hemo... Ligandrol was the best regarding strength and weight gain
4. Glutamine: I’ve never believed glutamine suplementation, but decided to give it a try again. I was suffering of constant TGI infections, almost every two months. With glutamine it was over. I belive gluta has nothing to do with muscles, but with TGI health and immunity.
5. Green tea: there is a specific brand of lemon powdered green tea where I live (Brazil), called magro. It is delicious and I can easily drink 500ml in or between meals, I dont feel full and feel some of a pro-digestion propriety.
6. Water out from now foods: very good to control water retention and bloating
7. Isotretinoine: I’ve always suffered from severe backne and the only thing that controlled it was Iso... nowdays I only dose once a week 20mg.
