Letro/Adex dose for 90 pg/mL E2

On 50 mg EOD test prop, i am a strong aromatizer.


I was thinking 2.5 mg letro per week or 2 mg adex per week


Any suggestions?

People can give their personal usage but it will mean nothing to your situation, there is no set dosage. Tinker with it figure out what works get bloodwork and adjust as needed.

For me I wouldn't need any AI on that dose, but of course that doesn't help you specifically....

On that dose with aromasin, I would need 6.25mg ed to sit low 20's on estradiol test. I apparently am a high aromatizer too.

I'd personally start out with 0.5mg BIW of anastrozole. Then access from there. Where did 175mg per week of prop put your TT?

LC/MS sensitive for E2


Total test was 1,300 ng/dL, 24 hours after injection on the day i don't inject.


The Test P is homebrewed.

^this, totally dependent on the person and their reaction said drugs. experiment with dosages, pull more bloods, titrate dosage again based on bw results, rinse, repeat.

that dose would be overkill for that estro lvl imo

do like 1mg adex a week split m/w/f and remeasure should be low normal. 0.25 mg m/w/f if you have liquid.

yr numbers are like mine. high e2 rate.
for me, i use .5 dex for every 5-600 my test level is.
puts my e2 in the mid 20's.
i'd use 1mg a week if those were my numbers.
in fact, i do.

Thanks guys, i'm going to run 1 mg adex per week for starters and get labs in 2 weeks.


I'm trying to work out the dosing, i wish i could split the tabs in 3s so i can do .33 MWF with my injections.
