What would happen if someone built alot of mass and eat that way.
Eat High Calories meal 3 times a day. Protein + Carbs.
And start running at slow pace.
Im 6foot 234 pounds.
I eat like this.
Breakfast: - Eggs sausage cheese mcmuffin + 1 orange juice and 1 Potatoe
Lunch: - Mcdonalds trio Big Angus hamburger, fries , 1 coke
Dinner:- Lebanese Chicken meal, Chicken, Rice, Potatoes, Salads + 1 Coke
