Besides water (in anticipation of some smart ass response ;)

But looking at changing from drinking my aspartame crystal light to something different and was curious if there is a better option. I’ve read up on Stevia but not sure if this is technically better for people with sensitive stomachs. Thanks

I only hear positive things about stevia whenever a study comes out. I use plenty and never have a problem.

some of these sugar free items have too much proplyne glycol at this time
along with other research supps, now being suspended in them
people i work with, if consume too much are having adverse skin reactions, almost like chicken pox.
take away the popsicles, or research supp, marks go away,,,

Research seems to be mixed but I’ve got UC and have a pretty sentivie digestivee system. Most artificial sweeteners fuck me up but stevia never gives me problems no matter how much I use although I typically keep it fairly low

Although it is still in the works as far as a commercial product, there is a natural rare sugar called allulose that performs just like regular sugar. It browns, caramelizes, etc. It doesn't have any digestive issues because it's a naturally occurring sugar that is found in corn or figs, so no gas, no aftertaste, and it is absorbed by the body but NOT metabolized. This means that it will not raise blood sugar which is GREAT for diabetics. It's not quite as sweet as normal sugar, only 70% as sweet so you might need a bit more for taste. There are only a few places in the world that extract this sugar, and the only place in the U.S. that I know of is Tate & Lyle (actually a British manufacturer based here). I believe you can purchase allulose from them.
