i am 3 weeks out now and i have not had a bowel movement in three days. i have gained 6 pounds in 2 days and have not altered my diet. what can i take to clear me out that won't make me hold water or anything like that?
i know the weight gain is only because i am clogged up but it ias messing with me bad. please help.

this is really a simple problem, EAT FIBER. fiber is nature's laxative, and it essential for proper digestive health. try food sources of fiber - kidney beans, fiber one cereal, all bran, oatmeal, oranges, apples, strawberries
 
Metamucil, Senekot, any kind of fiber laxitive will help. There's minimal to no water retention from natural fiber laxitives out there. 3 weeks out - no worries.
I think you should do an Enema and then leg press - say like 900 to 1000 lbs and see if that works. LOL

OK heres what you need to do!
first get urself some kind of rubber bag, like those old school ones that they used to put hot water in.
next get a hose and an ice cold bottle of VODKA!
its enema time!!!!!!!

meal 1- 9 egg whites, 1 cup broccoli, 1/2 cup oatmeal

meal 2- 4 talipia filets, 1 cup broccoli, 5oz. sweet potato

meal 3- 12oz. chicken breast, 5 oz. sweet potato

meal 4- 12oz. chicken breast, 1 cup lettuce

meal 5- 6 oz. chicken breast, 1 cup broccoli

meal 6- 4 egg whites, 1/2 cup broccoli

muti vit. vit c, vit e, milk thistle, b-12


also we just switched to this 2 weeks ago and the constipation was not a problem at first.

lol. i would love a big bowel of cereal with fruit!! or some kidney beans mixed in with some rice, however i am 3 weeks out and want to be as lean as possilbe.

i will try to post some tonight when i get home. i am 6ft. 235 at about 5%.
 
Flaxseed works good for me. Yes an enema or sopisitory will do the job if all else fails. If you are using any type of pain killers or anything of that nature that will cause constipation. If you are not shitn after three days bro. that is not good.

You should really hook up with Phil, Inexspensive and you will learn alot! I am currently 6ft. never mind the weight but Phil knows his sh******t!
 
lol! phil must have scared it out of me but, i am no longer constipated.
