i take monohydrate. but i dont get any shits or gas from it about 10g daily. going to try the glucconate stuff soon.

I keep hearing mono is just like the kre but with the baking soda or some shit. I think ill frontload 30grams for the first five days and knock it down to 5-10grams a day on mono.
