Deca sweet spot

What seems to be your sweet spot (dosage) when running deca... spec. in the typical bread and butter cycle.. Test/deca/dbol. when running the test in the 750-1g range.

When I ran Deca I never went over 600mg no matter how much test I used. Then again I don't really respond that well to it. I prefer EQ or Tren.

600mg per week for me. Most men do well on the general rule of thumb of 2-3mg per pound of bodyweight,

Well most people on here would realize that i was referring to nandrolone as "deca" being thats how its most commonly reffered...

I ran DECA in the range of 400-600mg.

I never go above 300mg, i really just use it for the joint benefit... i may even lower the dose next time and see if i get the same results.

ok i promise, thats one person down! it really just annoys me when i talk about npp and people are like "whats nandrolone" but yet they know what "deca" is lol....

obviously u dont get my frustration, i have nothing against abbreviations, but do you refer to tren acetate as "ace"....of course not....or do you call nandrolone phenyl prop "PP" of course not....because thats an abbreviation for the ester...
