So I just took my junk to the next level,
that's right...I started counting calories. According to my new favorite website (besides pro muscle of course) I consumed 5k calories today!!! Holy crap guys, should I adjust down a bit? I'm 6'1" 210, 11% bf (at least I was a week ago...).
I ate healthy foods only aka whole grain, low GI, good fats (mostly...lol).
Any one else surprised to find out how many calories they eat? I seriously should be a total butter ball eating as much as I do...I'm about a week away from starting my PCT so maybe the test is still influencing my appetite a bit but dang.
