horrible heartbur

Hey does anyone know if heartburn could be caused by tren because I never used to get heartburn like ever in my whole life and my diet hasn't changed only different is the tren has anyone else experienced this

Heartburn is horrible on tren! I get bad heartburn naturally so when I am on tren I try to cut out anyhting and everything that may cause it including coffee and spicy food, etc...I take zantac too and that helps.

If it's so bad that an over the counter med doesn't help, then go to your nearest health food store and buy some Aloe Vera Juice. Follow dosage recommendations on the back and you will be good to go w/ in 30 mins.

Thanks for the advice. Didn't know tren did that. Idk what I could be cutting out cuz Im on a hard cut right now an all I eat is chicken and oats. Maybe too many carbonated drinks cuz I do drink a lot of carbonated and flavored water

I carry a bottle of tums around with me when using tren bc it's so bad. Just eat them as needed 2-4 everytime it occurs.

Carbonated drinks/soda can cause heartburn. Dump it and keep the flavored water.

baking soda helps me a lot

i agree with TR. its a old trick i learned in prison. one small spoon of baking soda mixed with only enough water to liquify it. it is the number one heartburn reliever worl wide. it works in about 5 seconds. you will burp your way back to normal insantly.
