Hello Emeric. Would you know how old he is? Is he still an ovo/lacto vegggie
guy? Thanks, T

He is 60, I don`t know if he is still vegetarian, he did have a stroke a few years back, part of his face is paralyzed.

Correction it was my mistake, he didn`t have a stroke, he did have a very unusual tumor removed from a facial nerve about 10 years ago. It grew real close to his brain so he opted for surgical removal. This is one reason why his face looks as it does today.

He has amazing conditioning. But maybe he should hold out for Grand Masters. There is a universe of difference between 40 and 60.

My very unscientific observation is guys begin a rapid decline in their late 40s. I see this in Triathlon Performance. A 40 year old can still be competitive with nearly anyone. A 50 year old - nope. 60 is a non question.

BTW - I'm 49.

My respect tho for his fierce competitive spirit. Time is a cruel thief.
