what do you folks eat your steak with?

Mashed potatoes and asparagus. Yum yum.
 
I'll eat it with rice and kimchi. Sweet potato/potato and veggies(asparagus, carrot, brocollini, peas, and salad).
 
With rice and mixed nuts....steak chopped up. Mix in siracha and salsa verde. Makes it like spicy Thai food.
 
that sounds just about perfect, maybe with a little peppercorn sauce while bulking.

Or a little foie gras on top, maybe some blue cheese sauce, or a hollandaise. Man, I would kill for a ribeye right now!
 
Rib eye

Loving 400g aged rib eye rare with sea salt and garlic pepper. And then with 1-2 peices of fruit.

All NZ beef is grassfed and the butcher i go see like every 2nd day gives me good deals on rib eye and fillet.

I usually go for a nice 1 Lb ribeye. I will douse it with lea and perrins then shake some "special shit" (meat seasoning...check them out on line) then cook on the grill.
When it comes off, I then douse some Dry Vermouth on top. and fucken YUM is all I can say.
As for sides, sweet potato or brown rice and a veg.
 
In the morning with eggs, fruit and orange juice. In the evening with vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes
 
with a fork! lol seriously, broccoli, brussel sprouts allways at dinner time
 
Baked potato and steamed veg and some fat free sour cream on the potato
 
Cook it up with garlic and onions. Make some brown rice and mix the onions and garlic in when complete. Also steam up a side of asparagus. Good stuff.
