Bodyfat: around 12% (215lbs lbm)
Calories: 3200 (about maintenance)
Macros: 40% pro, 40% carbs, 20% fat
Training style: DC - upper/lower split, 1 hr workouts, with am fasted cardio 1-2x a week and post workout 3-4x a week. Dont plan to drop cals
Start: 244 @ 12% = 29lbs fat, 215lbm
Goal: 250 @ 10% = 25lbs fat, 225lbm
Test prop + Npp: 50mg daily each
Mast e: 300mg/week
Drol: 25mg daily (first 3 weeks)
Prov: 50mg daily (may drop given mast e)
Gh: 2iu in morning 5x a week
