Ingredients:
3 Frozen Large Banana's
2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
150 Grams Labrada Lean Pro 8 Vanilla Protein Powder
3 tablespoons Sucralose
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons SO Delicious Original Coconut Milk (Unsweetened)
Makes 2 servings @ each approx 40gram protein, 40gram carb, 20gram fat
Now you can have Ice Cream and be ripped everyday!!!

Use either Chocolate LBA or sugra free chocolate syrup. It passed the powerlifting girlfriend, over weight mom and dad test so I am sure everyone will love it!
