Just try this

You'll need:
170g or 3/4 Cup raw organic butter
110g or 1 Cup nuts, I use walnuts, pecans, peanuts mix add some sunflower seed
150g or 1/2-3/4 Cup blended dried fruits (I use it instead of sugar so you have to blend it at first)
170g or 1 Cup raisins, cranberries (not blended)
1 egg
140g or 1 cup whey protein (I use - unflavored one)
260g or 3 cups old fashioned oats
1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp soda, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp salt

1. Mix butter and blended fruit together
2. Add egg and vanilla powder to the mix
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon. Add the flour mixture to the creamed mixture and beat until incorporated
4. Stir in the nuts, oats, and dried fruits
5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (177 degrees C)
6. Make cookies and space them about 2inches apart in the baking sheet (they'll expand), make them about 1/2 height
7. Bake about 12-15 minutes, until light golden brown around the edges but still a little soft in the middle
8. Remove cookies from the oven and let them to cool for a few minutes in a baking sheet before transferring to wire rack to cool

Calculated nutrition value per 100g about:
45 g carbs (57% fructose, 37% complex - from oats, 6% from whey, nuts)
18 g protein (64% whey+egg, 17% from oats, 19 % - nuts, fruits)
23 g fats (58 % from butter, 26 % from nuts, 14% - oats, whey, egg)

I make about 25 cookies, so per cookie (~40g):
18g carbs
7g protein
9g fat

Ate almost half of them in the few hours after cooked first time :D

Sounds good.

Where's the flour? I don't see it listed.

Is the dried fruit non-sweetened? Which dry fruit do you use?

I use unflavored whey protein instead of flour, you can use the same amount of flour (as in original recipe). I just prefer more protein in those cookies.

Dried and blended to the flour bananas. Label says it has some sugar, but it's way better choice than regular sugar. You can also don't add it at all, just your cookies will be less sweet (only from raisins and whey protein if you'll use flavored one) or you can use sweetener (I don't use them).

Just try and you'll love it. Now I can't eat plain oats at all, this is the my choice now in the morning with whey.

That's a great idea! I didn't know you could use whey in place of flour. I can't wait to try it.

Thanks!
