Here`s something I whipped up. Almonds were chopped in food processor. In a pot mix melt some butter add almonds, quick oats, ground flax seed, craisins, chia seeds, a little protein powder and honey. Get all this good and hot, goey, put on a sheet pan with spray oil and bake at 350 for another 15 minutes. After it comes out (and before going in) press it good with plastic wrap or wax paper on top. Let it cool and cut into any shape.
