Dude eat in moderation. I got crazy with it awhile back, it was giving me the absolute worst GI pains.

Greek Yogurt is very benificial

I consume Greek yogurt every evening typ mixed in a shake.
As other has mentioned I agree that Fage is best however I typically just go for what's most economical.
It's a great protein source and the live cultures aid digestion.

I couldn't say how much I consume at one time as(regretfully) it depends on how much I can afford and how long I have to make it last.

I have severe Gurd and other "stomach" issues and for me Greek Yogurt helps. However experience varies.

Around 40 minuets before I workout. Sometimes Iíll mix in a tablespoon or two of peanut butter and jelly!

I eat at least two a day of the natural 0% fats. I just love it, the macros are amazing and it tastes wonderful with fruit

2 big heaping tablespoons triple zero vanilla go into my post workout protein shake.... along with many other things.. Non fat milk, lots of good fats( almonds, walnuts, omega 3 peanut butter, MCT oil, half an avocado) 1/2 cup instant oatmeal uncooked, cinnamon, vanilla extract, raisens, squirt of honey and 2 scoops of vanilla ON 100% whey, bcaa and 5g creatine mono. bout 1500 calories of Refuel the muscles

The triple zero has way too much fiber in it for how much Greek yogurt I eat. Was on the toilet and gassy constantly when I ate that.

I've been getting it from Costco lately, in the big containers. Taking about 8 oz or so, mixing it with protein powder and a dab or two of strawberry flavoring and that has been doing great for me. No bloat or anything. Love the way it taste and it comes out to about 45 or so grams of protein, very easy to eat.

Costco's non-fat greek every day. It has 25.5 grams of protein per cup. Once in a while I add walnuts and honey with some Progranola which puts it at about 40 grams of protein per serving.

i dont know if its just me who loves this place but if you want phenomenal fat free greek yogurt you have to get Costco's "kirkland" brand! i just bought the variety pack which includes vanilla, apple pie, and blueberry! Unreal taste and solid macros as well.
