Kodys Koncoction (pre bed meal) everyday:

~250-300g Fage (Plain)
-1 Scoop TN Chocolate Frudge Brownie
-Stevia/Splenda to taste OR Sugar Free Coffee Syrup (Carmel, Mocha, Smores)
-Enough Cinnamon to choke someone to death lol
-Mix all together in a bowl

-Put this in the freezer for 1-1.5 hrs. This makes it like a soft serve ice cream.
I then melt 2 tbsp PB or Almond Butter in the microwave and top it with that. Then a lil drizzle of Waldens Farms choc syrup if I have some.

I literally look forward to this every damn day!

I use this similar method but the frozen texture come out weird... not ice cream like at all lol

I can usually get a pretty good texture, depending on the freezer time. Im not saying its Ben and Jerry's by any means lol, Its just a good macro friendly meal.

Plain whole milk chobani yogurt. A couple cups daily. Nothing mixed in. Its very nutritious. I also like the taste of it plain, although most people do not.

I use to eat it everyday with some granola, berries, and honey. I have been on intermittent fasting for about a month and haven't eaten breakfast since. It works great as a substitute for ricotta in recipes.
