eating before bed

what are you guys eating before you go to bed? here lately I cut up 2-3 boiled eggs and put a cup of cottage cheese on top, then sprinkle with a little black pepper, I used to always have steak and eggs or salmon and eggs, but I keep it easy and simple now.

I eat the majority of my carbs at night... Usually half a box of grape nuts, a banana, blueberries, strawberries, and slivered almonds.

lol, yea peanut butter is tricky... it's one of those domino foods... macro-wise, (depending on your diet) it's fine to eat, but it's just so damn easy to clean out an entire jar in about 10 minutes, lol...
