Brown a pound of ground beef with some onions and garlic and sliced mushrooms. Add salt/pepper/onion powder. Add a package of brown gravy mix and however much water it says. Toss a bay leaf in there and about a tablespoons of Dijon or coarse mustard. Cook until the gravy thickens and pour it all over some steamed rice. Its basically steak Dianne but with ground beef

Cook ground beef in pan with salt and pepper. Once cooked add a few tablespoons of trader joe's Korean bbq sauce. Serve over rice with chopped green onion or eat in lettuce wraps if eating low carb

Mix 1 pound of ground beef with 6 eggs and a cup of shredded cheese. Pour a bag of hashbrowns in a 9x12 baking dish that you sprayed with a little pam. Pour the meat mixture over the top and top with more shredded cheese. Bake at 350 till done. About 30-45 minutes. Top with green chilli sauce if you like

There ae some damage fine ideas in this thread. I'll have to try this one as one of my prep meals for the week.

When eating mostly protien and fat meals I found that for whatever reason cooking extra lean ground beef with taco seasoning and then adding lights crushed up cashews made it more tolerable

Far from an incredible recipie but when your getting PEELED sometimes itís the little things right lol

Trader Joes has a couple good curry sauces, but other good sauces are available. Brown the beef, add a bag of good quality frozen veggies. Add sauce and simmer while making your rice. I cook up a big pan and have enough for work for the week. And curry sauces and such have a lot of health benifits as they are highly nutritious.

24oz. 85/15...sauteed with onion...salt,pepper,celery salt,garlic salt,onion powder..drained can of petite diced tomatoes...
