Pretty decentr recipe
1 lbs. 90% lean ground turkey
1 lbs. 90% lean ground beef
1 Large can of tomato juice
1 tbs. cinimaon
1. packet chili powder
Chopped Onions
Fast way: Heat Tomato juice on stove w/ other ingredients while, cooking the meat in a skillet. Add meat to juice and bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes. Reduce heat let simmer for 30 minutes and serve.
Slow way. Add 2 lbs. of meat and all other ingredients to a crook pot and let cook on low for 7-8 hours. Season to taste and serve.
lots of protein and very little carbs. Only bad thing is that the sodium is very high also. Enjoy
