A favorite that I invented a while back to help bulk up...
Peanut Butter Fluff
-------------------
128g (8 tbsp) natural peanut butter
14g (1 tbsp) oil (I use Smart Balance Omega since it's tasteless)
1 scoop protein powder (something that doesn't clump up works best)
4 tbsp milled flaxseed
cinnamon and cocoa to taste (not necessary to achieve proper texture)
Mix it all up and it should have the consistency of cake frosting--a whipped, fluffy texture. If you add a little water (and extra cocoa helps with this) it will resemble more of a brownie batter.
It is super calorie-dense and is low-carb. Obviously the recipe can be cut in half for a lot of lighter people. The entire mixture probably takes up 8oz of space, so you can really eat a lot of this stuff!
I'm not sure if this link will work, click here for NutritionData.com analysis.
