anyone have any good ideas w/ the stuff. ive cooked it once, it wasnt bad but i need some recipes or cooking instructions for the stuff. thanks

KCM,

Just add hot water and stir, let sit 5 min and it's done.
Cous cous is wheat pasta made to look like rice and cook fast and easy.
Use like you would rice and flavor with onions, herbs, etc.
I like to stuff a chicken breast with it. Then wrapped in saran wrap it's a to-go lunch. Wine, chicken stock and herbs do well too...

yeah, the one i tried had mushrooms and pepers in it. not bad but not my style. it is one of the simplest things ive ever cooked. how good is it though, compared to like a baked potato and or wheat pasta or sumthing, should someone substite one of those w/ couscous, i dont think it would be to bad to do. considering the glycemic index is about the same. idk some food for thought i guess
