I'm curious to how people can intake 7,000 calories+ but only eat chicken,tuna,red meats, and simple carbs.

Average calories for 6.oz of chicken is like 150cals and tuna is like 200cals so im jsut curious where the rest comes in.

im a diet noob lol

haha they dont. junk food rules the day! high fat, high carbs, high protein, high everything! good luck eating so much clean food youll die lol. bulking the way the pros do is def not the healthiest way to go about it but it works. I talked to jay cutler at a guest appearance for a max muscle store and he told me sometimes he eats 1000 grams of carbs a day from his regular meals, shakes and sugary gatorade drinks plus whatever else he feels like having. eating clean is pretty much for contest prep only. otherwise mass is key and tons of food is the only way.
