Bulk Cooking Recipes

I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on some recipes that you cook in bulk. Like many on here I live out of my little glad containers. Right now I usually bake my chicken breasts and use different seasoning on them. Throw it in a container with some veggies and nuts and that’s a typical meal. For beef I usually make a chili and just pop it in the microwave. As you can imagine both of these get pretty old fast so I was wondering if anyone has any good recipes or meals that are easy to cook ahead of time then reheat.

Here is one of mine:
1. Take cooked and rinsed ground beef and put in container.
2. Sprinkle some taco seasoning on meat.
3. Add Fat Free shredded cheese.
4. Spoonful or two of salsa.
5. Put in micro to reheat and melt cheese.
 
This is one of my favorite breakfast meals.. But you can eat it anytime...
This recipie is for a full week... I am basing this off of a 40- 50 gram protein/ approx. 100 + grams of carbs a meal..

70 Egg whites (add some yolks if offseason)
14 cups dry oatmeal old fashioned whole oats
24.5 cups of water or milk.. or mix half water/half milk
1 package strawberries or 5 whole bananas
14 heaping tsp's of splenda brown sugar
14 tbsp's honey

Cook egg whites in a big pot/spray generously with cooking spray on bottom of pot ( I use smart balance)...
In a separate pot cook oatmeal with water/milk
While cooking cut up your strawberries or bananas
Cook eggs till slightly runny(Keep stirring eggs/cooks better).. I don't like overdone eggs.. Plus you will be reheating this mixture so the eggs will get cooked a bit longer... I also like to cook the eggs separately.. I find they taste better this way..
Once eggs and oatmeal are done. Turn off heat and transfer eggs into oatmeal.. Add your fruit/splenda/honey... Mix well...
Now you have 7 full meals....
