1 lb lean ground turkey
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper

1/4 tsp dried marjoram
1/4 tsp dried savory
1/8 tsp ground ginger
pinch of ground cloves

use a napkin to soak up the remainder of the turkey grease to lower the fat a tad more.
This is much much lower than anything you can find frozen or otherwise in a grocery. Most are near 20g of fat per serving, and its not 4oz.
