Problem with Peanut Butter?

I saw Emeric post saying to cut out the peanut butter but i didnt see an explanation and he hasnt been able to answer my pm yet so i thought i would toss it out there.

I understand some people say choose almond butter instead i think because it has more mono fats and such, but is there anything else taht is inherently wrong with peanut butter in particular. Maybe because the store stuff is also refined.

Ne advice or tips I am quite interested because in my life time i have consumed a shit ton of peanut butter.

and main fat source aspect and i would have to agree

I'm not a huge PB fan so I don't even attempt to use it as a source of my fats.

but I do add it to some "dry" whey and casin protein to make a late night snack. , one heaping scoop of each protein one tablespoon of "Naturaly More" peanut butter and ad just enough water to mix it , makes an awsome spread for a rice cake or just put it in the fridge and get a scoop when the sweet tooth hits late at night
 
PB is incredibly overrated nothing on the same class as Almonds. Its not even close.
 
Try PB on apples. Omg best snack ive created lol.
 
I love peanut butter as well, but lately have switched to almond butter and I like the flavor even more. Doesn't hurt that it's a healthier fat source either. I use a lot of peanut butter offseason, but precontest I get a lot of my daily fat from almonds/almond butter.
 
Love Peanut Butter Too Much...

My problem is I love it too F***ing much! I was putting away a family size jar of crunchy all natural PB a week - 5000Kcal! To make things worse, I was eating it on apples when I couldn't sleep at night...

A week after not having any PB in the house and I can see the difference those 800 Kcal snacks were making.

The problem ... last time I went for groceries ... I bought more (not the family size though)

Is there a 12 step group specifically for PB?
 
I'm allergic but still like the taste believe it or not. Almonds and almond butter are it for me although I don't think almond butter taste as good. Many competitors keep peanut butter in their prep diets so I dont see why it would be something wrong with it especially if you are not allergic lol
 
I like All Natural PB with Steak and Chicken. I use about a Tbsp & then every time I eat a bite size piece of checken or steak, I add a lil bit to the tip and OMG....it is sosososososo good. Yes, it is!
 
I enjoy a nice thick layer of PB on a slice of bread after a Ribeye and Veggies. It satisfies the sweet tooth.
 
I love to eat that smackers Natural PB on ezekiel bread it's a great snack but I'll try it on my Chicken that might be good.
 
I loved PB, but I was out of control. One scoop was never enough.
The addiction was throwing my macros out of whack.

I am so glad I finally quit the PB-dope :D
