Ingredients:
1)1-2 scoops Chocolate Protein Powder(your call, we'll use TP's Chocolate): 2 scoops @ 220 cals/50g protein
2)1 Small Banana: 72 cals/18g Carbs
3) 1-2tbsp PB: 100 cals/8g fat(your call on portion size)
4) 2 Slices WW or Ezekiel Bread: 160 cals/30g carbs(your call on which bread)
Directions:
1) 2oz of water per scoop of protien mixed and stirred until in pudding texture.
2) Let pudding texture sit in fridge for at least 30 minutes
3) Toast Bread after 30 minutes
4) Apply 1 tbsp pb on 1 slice of bread
5) Slice the banana, put half on 1 slice of bread
6) Take the Chocolate pudding out, and apply it on the other slide of bread.
7) Put the remaining half of the banana on the other slice of bread.
Boom!
Got a 45-50g carb sandwich with 8g fat or more depending on amount of PB and about 50g protein. All very healthy and nutritous.
