i like carrot, garlic(crushed/minced), ginger, lots of green onion, etc.
1 can salmon
oatmeal depends, at least 1/2cup could use more
1 egg or 2 whites
soy sauce, curry paste whichever you like.
mix well, make patty(not too big though)like a chicken nugget maybe a little bigger
cook in pan with oil or without if you have a good nonstick pan. im sure you could bake them if you wanted.
