Been reading how good this stuff is, supposed to be pretty lean for pork and juicy. I read to baste with oil-I am assuming olive as that is my favorite-put fat side up in roasting pan cook 20 mins per pound to start, I think at 325. I have a monster this sucker is 7 lbs...going to be my prepacked lunch for the week! Any seasoning/recipe ideas?
