The only fat in this pizza is what is in the flour!
INGREDIENTS:
2 1/4 Cups "King Arthur Flour" Whole Wheat Organic
Mixed Berries
Peaches
1/2 Banana
1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
1 tsp. Stevia
Cinnamon
Chocolate LBA's!!!
Vanilla Extract
Pizza Crust Yeast
DIRECTIONS:
Mix salt, yeast, and stevia in 1 cup of warm water. Just until dissolved. Then mix flour, cinnamon, vanilla extract with the dissolved salt/yeast/stevia/water mixture. Then add in just enough water to mix the dough.
Grease pizza pan. Wet hands (so dough doesn't stick) and spread dough out on pizza pan.
Apply 2 Cups of Mixed Berries, 3/8 Cup Peaches, 1/2 Banana, and 3 Tablespoons of LBAs. Of course you can use whatever fruits and whatever amounts you would like.
Thinking about it, an apple cinnamon pizza would be awesome!!!
Bake in oven @ 425 degrees for 12 to 15 mins or until you feel it is done enough. The juices from the fruit make it kind of hard to get out. So I let the pizza sit in there for a while and allow the dough to absorb up all of the juices and LBA's

Fat:ONLY 5.5G!
This is for the whole pizza, so cut it into say 8 pieces the fat is marginal.
Who said pizza has to be unhealthy?
