Kashi Protein Packed Cereal Mixture

Hey guys,

Just wanted to share this one with you.

Kashi has a "Go Lean" cereal product line.

One of the products in that line contains Sweeterned Fiber Twigs, Soy Protein Grahams, and Honey Puff Cereal.

Here are the Nutrition Facts..

8 Servings Per Container

140 cals
10 cals from fat
1g fat
30g total carbs
13g protein

That's a total of 104g's of protein per box. Not bad for a damn cereal. Take the milk into account as well.

My recipe is very simple:

(x) Servings of Kashi Cereal
(x) Servings of your favorite tasting cereal

Just incase you don't like the taste (It's actually fine on its own), mix in your fav tasting cereal!

Probably not something new to you (mixing cereal), but I just wanted to make you bros aware of the protein avaliable in the Kashi line!

You can also use some watered down vanilla protein as a milk substitute if you want to keep the sugar low

I like to eat my cereal with either coconut milk, almond milk, or a coconut/almond milk mixture with vanilla casein.

Sometimes I will use a combination of coconut milk, coconut kefir, almond milk, and hood carb countdown milk. Then throw in some optimum vanilla casein.

Yea, I'll throw a scoop of protein in my cereal and add water or skim milk. Tastes delicious.

You can also get whey crisps to add to your cereal, but last I checked they were a little pricey.
