Here is a new, very filling Alfredo recipe that I have been enjoying.
2 cups chopped Spinach
1/2-1 cup mushrooms
4-8oz shiritaki or miracle noodles
1 oz fat free or reduced fat feta
5-10g Parmesan, Reggiano, or other shredded cheese.
Walden Farms Alfredo Sauce
Choice of Meat:
Sometimes I do this with turkey or chicken. 6oz of either.
Sometimes I do this with a combination of shrimp and crab. 3 oz of each
Start with microwaving the spinach in a bowl.
Then add the shiritaki noodles, mushrooms, feta, and meat. Then add the alfredo sauce. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top. Microwave for 60-90 seconds.
There you have a low carb seafood/meat alfredo w/ noodles.
