Any good ground chicken recipies???

I just cant take dry chicken br anymore. So TOM mentioned how he uses ground chicken . I did the taco seasoning in a low-carb wrap and salad yesterday. Awsome!

Now I'm out of ideas, lol. I'm not very creative in the kitchen. Any help?

high carbs​

12oz Ground breast chicken, 2c cooked rice and a can of green beans.​

Season chicken w/ salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper and oregano.

Cook chicken then add rice and beans and top with Worcestershire sauce and mix.

med carbs-cut rice to 1 cup
low carbs-no rice

My wife cooks up a badass turkey meatloaf, I will try it with chicken and if it doesn't suck, I will pass it onto you

1 tbs chinese five spice
3 tbs soy sauce
garlic sault to taste.


this taste just like lobster sauce for some reason. so delicious i just made it actually.

My wife makes some rollin chicken salad..

She boils some tenderloins or whatever cut of chicken you prefer w/a chicken bouillion cube, bay leaf, chopped onion, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Once cooked take out and dump into a food processor to mince it up real fine. For us we do mustard, relish, fine chopped onion, and FF mayo.

It makes a great tasting chicken salad!

gonna try this healthy chicken recipe,sounds that the food was so delicious, I don't have a Worcestershire sauce so can I used soy sauce as a substitute? or any alternatives for Worcestershire sauce? thanks ..
