so i just made this sauce to put on my George foreman chicken lol i altered it from the original to make it have less carbs.
North Carolina BBQ vinegar
4 packets of stevia or liquid sweetener with no carbs
1/2 cup apple cida vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 TBS TEXAS PETE
2 TBS KETCHUP
TOUCH OF CINNAMON
CHILI POWDER AND RED PEPPER FLAKES TO TASTE!
THIS JUST MADE MY DIET SO MUCH EASIER! REALLY MAKES A DIFFERENCE IN TASTE. AND THE ONLY REAL CALORIES COMES FROM THE KETCHUP.
