Protein Trifle Cake
Ingredients:
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
5-6 medium strawberries
a few liquid flavored stevia drops
1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1 Splenda packet
1/4 t vanilla
cinnamon
Directions:
Mix vanilla protein powder with a little water - should be a runny paste.
Microwave in bowl for 30 seconds. It will start to bubble up. Microwave for another 30 seconds watching closely. It'll get to a sponge like state; that's when you want to take it out.
Sprinkle a few liquid stevia drops on top.
Layer sliced strawberries on top of cake.
Mix greek yogurt with vanilla and splenda packet.
Layer on strawberries.
Add one more layer of strawberries to the top and sprinkle with cinnamon.
